At Never Fully Dressed, we want you to feel confident and vibrant in your new pieces. If your order isn't quite the perfect fit, you can return items within 28 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Ensure all garments are in their original condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original mailing bag or a suitable alternative.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
